1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Chefaleh website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
Chefaleh provides weekly Shabbat meal delivery services within designated delivery zones in the Miami, FL area. All food is prepared under kosher supervision. Service availability, pricing, and menu offerings are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Ordering & Payment
Orders must be placed by Wednesday at 5:00 PM Miami time (ET) for same-week Friday delivery. By submitting an order, you confirm that:
- — The information provided (name, address, contact details) is accurate
- — You are authorized to use the payment method provided
- — You understand that your order is subject to manual confirmation by our team
4. Cancellation Policy
No cancellations are accepted after the Wednesday 5:00 PM Miami time order deadline. Due to the nature of fresh, made-to-order kosher food preparation and our limited weekly production, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or refunds after this cutoff. If you have an urgent issue, please contact us immediately at chefaleh@chefaleh.com.
5. Delivery
Delivery takes place on Fridays between 3:00–5:00 PM to addresses within our delivery zones. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address. Chefaleh is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
6. Allergen Disclaimer
Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, and fish. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens in any dish. Customers with severe allergies should contact us directly before ordering.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Chefaleh and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chefaleh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
